Upon browsing my own facebook page, I think I have discovered a new hobby besides travelling. Yeah, a new hobby, planespotting. Why planespotting? It teaches me on how to stay focus, as planes tend to move at a very high speed. It keeps your eyes wide open, and makes your mind in standby mode. As the plane moves, you need to control the camera's shutter, indeed it is a challenging experience.
Silhouette capturing
Tail counting
Landing shots....which includes approaching planes
And smoky touchdown
As well as capturing actions at the airport
Not only at the airport, but I also do my spotting session from the hotel room, this was taken at Horizon Hotel, Kota Kinabalu.
And this was taken from B-Suite Hotel, Penang. I used to have a crazy habit, I drove my car to Jalan Pekeliling, the one surrounding KLIA perimeter, parked my car next to the runway, and spent hours watching planes. I kinda loving the moment before touchdown, plane flying over my head, with its' engine roared loudly, and I screamed out loud. Since Jalan Pekeliling is closed for KLIA2 construction, I have no where else to go! I wish I can go to a place like that, and capture plane photos.
That's all for today. I am eager to go for planespotting near future. The passion is just there! Recently planted in my vein!
